Confessions is a Discord bot that allows users to submit anonymous messages within Discord servers. The service includes the bot itself, the web dashboard for server configuration, premium subscription features, and custom bot instances. By adding, using, or interacting with any part of the service, you agree to these terms.
You may not use Confessions to:
You are responsible for what you submit. While confessions are anonymous to server members, we retain the ability to identify authors for moderation and safety purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
Server administrators who add Confessions are responsible for moderating content in their server using the provided tools (such as /confessban and /report), and for complying with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
Premium features are available through Ko-fi, Patreon, or the Discord Store. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Lifetime purchases grant permanent access. New servers receive a 7-day free trial of premium features upon first setup with no payment information required.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. For information about refunds, please see our Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to remove content, ban users, or disable the bot in servers that violate these terms, without prior notice. Our Global Moderators review reports submitted via the /report command. Abuse of the report system may result in a ban.
In cases involving credible threats to life or safety, author information may be disclosed to server administrators or law enforcement at our moderation team's discretion, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Confessions LLC is not liable for content submitted by users or the actions of server administrators.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you have any questions, reach out through our support server or via email.
