It depends...

The FREE version of the bot is fully anonymous. Server staff will not have access to the premium logging commands unless they upgrade to premium. Premium is not retroactive, so don't worry about a server getting premium in the future, your confessions will still be safe.

The PREMIUM version of the bot will have the option to enable author logs (disabled by default). If logs are enabled, you will be notified of this with every confession you make.

Run the /checklogs command to check if a server has logs enabled.

Only under highly extenuating circumstances.

The intent behind providing the option for our support team to release author information is to prevent someone from injuring themselves or others when the server isn't aware of who may be injured.

We have never provided author information simply so a user can be banned from a server - that's why we have the /report system and /confessban command. Our policy on revealing authors is something we take very seriously, and we only disclose that information under highly extenuating circumstances.

Server ban vs Global ban

For server bans you should contact the staff of the server you have been banned from. They have the power to unban you. Our staff team will never overrule server specific bans.

For global bans you may use the /appeal command. Please allow up to 14 days for our staff to review your appeal and get back to you.

If you can't submit an appeal because of an appeal ban then you may ask for another appeal in a support ticket.
